For stays up to 3 months the total amount has to be paid in advance. For longer stays, monthly prepayment is possible. No cleaning service and change of linen and towels is included. This service can be optionally booked for a fee (cleaning CZK 360.00-870.00; linen and towel change CZK 200.00-300.00). Final cleaning is included.
