Stays of 1-6 nights can be cancelled free of charge until 6 pm on the day of arrival. After that 75 % of the stay will be charged as cancellation fee. If the booking is in a trade fair period, the deadline for free cancellation is 7 days before arrival. After that 75 % of the stay will be charged as cancellation fee. Free early departure is possible if the coming night is cancelled until 10 am the day before. Otherwise 75 % of the stay will be charged as cancellation fee.

Stays of 7-28 nights can be cancelled free of charge until 1 day before arrival. After that 30 % of the stay will be charged as cancellation fee. If the booking is in a trade fair period, the deadline for free cancellation is 7 days before arrival. After that 30 % of the stay will be charged as cancellation fee. Free early departure is possible if 3 days before the new departure date the remaining stay is cancelled. After that 30 % of the stay will be charged as cancellation fee.

For a stay of 29 nights or more, free cancellation is possible until 7 days before arrival. After that 60 % of the stay will be charged as cancellation fee. If the booking is in a trade fair period, the deadline for free cancellation is 14 days before arrival. After that 60 % of the stay will be charged as cancellation fee.
