For stays up to and including 30 nights, free cancellation is possible up to 7 days before arrival. In case of later cancellation or no-show, 100 % of 7 nights will be charged. An earlier departure has to be announced 7 days in advance, at least. For stays of 30 nights or more, free cancellation is possible up to 14 days prior to arrival. In case of later cancellation or no-show, 100 % of 14 nights will be charged. Earlier departure must be notified at least 14 days in advance. Stays of 60 nights or more can be cancelled free of charge up to 30 days prior to arrival. Later cancellations or no-shows will be charged 100 % of the first 30 nights. Earlier departure must be announced at least 30 days in advance. If the agreed minimum stay is not met, the rate will be increased retroactively.
