* The indicated prices are minimum prices and are valid per night and per apartment, including VAT. The minimum stay is 2 nights in the low season between November and March. In the remaining months it is 3 nights. For stays less than 7 nights, a city tax of EUR 3.60 per person per night will be charged. For short stays up to 1 month, a prepayment of 25 % must be paid before arrival. For long-term stays from 1 month, 100 % of the first monthly rent must be paid before arrival.
About the accommodation
The HITrental Allmend Apartments offer you the best of both worlds – providing a place to relax while being centrally located. As the name suggests, the furnished business apartments are found on the Allmend in Lucerne next to the fairground.
The fully furnished serviced apartments are well connected to transportation. They are close to two highways exits and there is a public garage just next to the building. Furthermore the apartments can be reached by bus or train – with connections to the city centre every 10 minutes.
Finally, there is a grocery store next door, as well as a gym and an indoor swimming pool (usage at your own expenses). In short, the fully furnished apartments provide you with everything to feel “en route at home”.
