For stays of up to 6 nights, daily apartment cleaning with chage of towels is included. For stays of 7 nights or more, cleaning with change of towels takes place once a week. Bed linen is changed every fortnightly.

A landlord´s confirmation of residence can be issued for stays of 14 nights or more. A processing fee of EUR 15.00 will be charged. When registering with the local authorities, the broadcasting fees are to be paid by the guest.
