* The mentioned rates are minimum rates and are valid per apartment per night for single or double occupancy including VAT. Additional guests in the categories Miaboda Comfort and Miaboda Suite are charged at EUR 5.00 to EUR 20.00 per person per night (depending on length of stay). For stays up to 6 nights, daily housekeeping is complimentary. For longer stays, the apartment is cleaned twice a week including towel change, the bed linen is changed once a week free of charge.
The city of Leipzig charges a city tax of EUR 3.00 per person per night. This is due on site in addition to the booked services.
