* The prices listed are minimum prices and may vary. They apply per apartment per night or for 30 nights each for stays of 30 nights or more and include statutory VAT and broadcasting fee.

The categories CORE, URBAN and HUB SINGLE are only suitable for single occupancy. The URBAN PLUS category is equipped for one person, for a second person an extra bed can be booked here for a fee. The HUB abnd HUB QUEEN categories are designed for single and double occupancy (the prices quoted are for up to 2 people), an extra bed can be added for a third person for a fee. The HUB PLUS category is ideally suited for 2 adults and 1 child, children up to and including 12 years stay free of charge in the parents´apartment. The first mentioned prices applie for single and double occupancy and the second prices for occupancy with 3 adults.

The kitchens in the categories CORE, URBAN and URBAN PLUS are not fully equipped, microwave, kettle, cups, glasses and coffee spoons are available, further crockery and cooking utensils can be borrowed after a deposit of EUR 120.00 has been paid. The deposit will be refunded upon complete and undamaged return. In the HUB and HUB PLUS categories, crockery, cutlery, coffee machine and cooking utensils are also available.

For stays from 30 nights, one month´s rent is required as a deposit and will be refunded after proper departure.

The maximum stay is 12 months.

For stays of 90 consecutive nights or more, a landlord´s confirmation of residence can be issued on site if required.

Dogs can be accepted by prior arrangement, cats are not allowed.
