The minimum stay is 14 nights, the booking period can be extended by arrangement.

The intermediate cleaning and the change of linen and towels are not included in the apartment rent and can be added on request for an extra fee.

The invoice for accommodation costs will be issued in advance or by the day of arrival at the latest.

There is one free parking space available per apartment.

On arrival, an additional rental contract from the apartment house has to be signed.

For stays of 4 weeks or longer, a confirmation of the landlord can be issued on site if required.

Cancellation policy

Stays up to 29 nights can be cancelled free of charge up to 30 days before arrival. After that date and in case of no-show the booked stay will be charged at 100 %. In case of an earlier departure, up to 100 % of the originally booked stay will be charged. If the agreed minimum stay is not reached, the rate will be increased retroactively.

Stays of 30 nights or more can be cancelled free of charge up to 30 days before arrival. After that and in case of no-show, the first 28 nights will be charged. In case of an earlier departure, up to 100 % of the originally booked stay will be charged. If the agreed minimum stay is not reached, the rate increases retroactively.
