* The mentioned rates are minimum rates and are valid for the mentioned period (14 or 30 nights) per apartment for single and double occupancy including statutory VAT. In case of registration with the local authorities, the broadcasting fees have to be paid by the guest himself. For private stays, the recreational infrastructure usage tax must be paid additionally for the first 15 nights. Prices may vary during trade fairs, public holidays and during high season. The apartments can only be booked for the periods mentioned. For a third person an extra charge of EUR 100.00 for 14 nights or EUR 150.00 for 30 nights will be made. For stays of 14 nights the weekly cleaning of the apartment is included and the final cleaning fee is EUR 49.00. For stays of 30 nights the apartment is cleaned every fortnigthly and the final cleaning is charged at EUR 99.00. The first monthly rent is to be paid at the latest upon arrival. A deposit of EUR 250.00 is to be paid in cash on arrival. The minimum stay is 14 nights. A separate rental contract from the apartment house must be signed in advance. If required, the house will issue a landlord´s confirmation of accommodation on the day of arrival.

A pet is charged at EUR 15.00 per week. It is possible to choose and book breakfast from the wide range of breakfast options on site.
