* The prices mentioned are minimum prices. They are valid per month per apartment and include the statutory VAT as well as the broadcasting fees. Before moving in, a security deposit of 2 months rent is to be paid, the refund will be made after departure. The minimum stay is 30 nights, the maximum stay is 2 years. A separate rental contract from the apartment house must be signed in advance. Cleaning of the apartment is included twice a week, linen change once a week. The use of wireless LAN is free of charge for two devices per apartment.

For stays of 1 month or more, a landlord´s confirmation of residence ("WGB") can be provided on arrival if required. In case of registration with the local authorities, the broadcasting fees have to be paid by the guest himself.

Medical care is also available through a doctor on the premises.
