If required, a landlord´s confirmation of residence can be issued on site after prior arrangement. In case of registration with the local authorities, the broadcasting fees are to be paid per apartment by the guests themselves.
The usage fee for the washing machine and dryer is based on 90 minutes each.
About the accommodation
Frankfurt – a financial and exhibition nerve centre. In Westend, the modern xenios apartments are built on the foundations of an old patrician house, but guests are still surrounded by an air of tranquillity and luxury of bygone days. The banking district is in the direct vicinity of the apartment hotel. The “Alte Oper”, the “Fressgass” and the “Palmengarten” are easy to reach by foot. The apartment hotel promises private space, comfortability and individuality: Fully furnished studios and one-bedroom-apartments and the restored coach house, built in 1910, offer luxury and pleasure. The lounge with its library is a beloved highlight of the apartment house. All apartments are equipped with LCD-Sat TV, own doorbell with intercom and free WLAN access as well as fully equipped kitchenettes. The serviced apartments partly offer air conditioning.
