If required, a landlord´s confirmation of residence can be issued on site after prior arrangement. In case of registration with the local authorities, the broadcasting fees are to be paid per apartment by the guests themselves.
The usage fee for the washing machine and dryer is based on 90 minutes each.

In case of late cancellation, modification or no-show 80 % of the first night will be charged. After check-in a cancellation or change is possible in written form with a notification of 1 day. If the departure takes place before the deadline, the nights are charged by the departure until the end of time, 80 % of the total room rate will be charged Payment: 100 % prepayment until 14 days prior to or upon arrival at the latest.

Weekly Rate

Cancellation / Change: A free cancellation or change in written form is possible until 30 days prior to arrival. In case of late cancellation, modification or no-show 80 % of the first 7 nights will be charged. After check-in a cancellation or change is possible in written form with a notification of of 7 days. If the departure takes place before the deadline, 80 % of the total room rate will be charged. Payment: 100 % prepayment 14 days prior to or upon arrival at the latest.

Monthly Price

Cancellation / Change: A free cancellation or change in written form is possible until 30 days prior to arrival. In case of late cancellation, modification or no-show 80 % of the first 14 days will be charged. After check-in a cancellation or change is possible in written form with a notification of 14 days. If the departure takes place before the deadline, 80 % of the total room rate will be charged. Payment: 100 % prepayment for the first 30 nights are due 14 days prior to or upon arrival at the latest.

Fair Rate

Cancellation / Change: A free cancellation or modification is possible in written form until 90 days before arrival. In case of late cancellation or no-show, 80 % of the total stay will be charged. In the case of a booking reduction, 80 % of the accommodation costs will be charged and in the case of an earlier departure 80 % of the remaining booked nights will be billed. Payment: 100% prepayment up to 14 days before arrival or upon arrival at the latest.
