Minimum stay is three days. 1-bedroom apartments with a balcony facing the quiet inner courtyard can be booked for an additional surcharge. If required, a landlord´s confirmation of residence can be issued on site after prior arrangement. A deposit of EUR 300.00 per pet is required to bring a dog (cats are not accepted). In addition, a liability declaration must be completed. Payment for the entire stay or for the first month in the case of stays of several months is to be made before arrival by bank transfer or by credit card via payment link. The house will send the arrival details shortly before arrival, after receipt of payment.

About the accommodation

VISIONAPARTMENTS Frankfurt is located in the popular "Gutleutviertel" close to the main station. Bus and tram stops are right on the doorstep. On the nearby Main river, you can enjoy excellent walks or go jogging. In the neighbourhood there are many shops and restaurants. The cultural offer is also rich and diverse: On the other side of the river there is the Museum bank, to the East are the Opera House and two theatres. Frankfurt Airport can be reached in less than 30 minutes by public transport. In the six-storey apartment building there are 130 apartments, a fitness centre and a laundry room, which are available to all guests free of charge. On the ground floor, modern co-working spaces have been set up, which act as flexible office solutions and can be used by both tenants and external guests. VISIONAPARTMENTS offers two exclusive living concepts in Frankfurt: Aegean Mood is inspired by the Mediterranean way of life. This includes bright colours, curved shapes and natural materials that create a minimalist, modern but also cosy atmosphere. The second concept is called Cape Town Living and convinces with elegant, simple grey tones, which bring the room to life with striking details and South African decoration. Wireless LAN and satellite TV with international channels are available in all apartments. Services such as laundry service or additional apartment cleaning are available for an extra charge upon request. An underground car parking space can be booked for an extra charge.
