For stays up to 6 months the broadcasting fee is included, for longer stays this fee has to be paid by the guest himself.
For stays from 30 nights, the apartment house does provide a landlord´s confirmation of residence ("WGB") upon arrival if required. When registering with the local authorities or for stays of 6 months or more, guests must pay the broadcasting fee themselves.
About the accommodation
The apartment house is located directly between river Main and European Central Bank, in Frankfurt´s east. Spacious and comfortable temporary living facility with luxuriously furnished apartments and a truly feel-good atmosphere. Sizes ranging from 38 sq. m. to 54 sq. m. with superior comfort, friendly service and plenty space for one or two people.
In just a few minutes you can walk to the newly restored, picturesque old town of Frankfurt and the Römer. The Hanauer street with many companies and creative agencies is located in the immediate neighbourhood. Just like the most popular district Sachsenhausen - best for going out, nice dinner and meeting people. From the apartment house to the airport Rhein-Main is only about 25 minutes by car.
There are shops for daily needs around the corner. Within walking distance you will find a gym and the trendy eatery "Oosten".
A little tip for weekends or free afternoons: on the museum bank on the Sachsenhäuser side you have the choice between 16 different museums with current exhibitions.
