* These prices are minimum prices per apartment per night for a single and double occupancy, including VAT and broadcasting fee, exclusive city tax for private stays. Prices may vary during fairs, public holidays and high season. For stays from 1 month the apartment hotel will issue a landlord´s confirmation of residence ("WGB") upon arrival if required. For stays up to 5 nights the daily cleaning is included and the change of linen and towels is included twice, from 6 nights a weekly cleaning with change of linen and towels is included. To guarantee the booking, the total amount will be reserved on the credit card indicated at the time of booking. Alternatively, a cost assumption statement including liability for damages on the business paper of the booking company can be provided. For stays of 1 month or more, 25 % of the costs must be paid in advance (up to 1 month before arrival). The apartment house does not accept payment by American Express.
