* The mentioned rates are minimum prices and apply per night per apartment for single occupancy, including statutory VAT. For a second person EUR 5.00 per night (for stays up to 28 nights) and EUR 150.00 per month (for stays from 29 nights) will be charged additionally. Prices may vary during fairs, public holidays and high season. The broadcasting fees are not included and must be paid by the guests themselves. For private stays the city tax (EUR 2.00 per person per day) has to be paid additionally, business stays have to be proven in advance. For stays up to 28 nights the total amount has to be paid prior to arrival and credit card details have to be provided to guarantee the booking. For these stays the apartment cleaning is included every second day and the final cleaning is included. For stays from 29 nights the first monthly rent and a deposit of EUR 1,000.00 must be paid up to five days before arrival. The apartment will be cleaned fortnightly and the final cleaning will be charged with EUR 99.00. For all stays a separate rental contract from the apartment house has to be signed in advance. If required, the apartment house will provide a landlord´s confirmation of residence on the day of arrival for stays of 1 month and more. Payment by American Express is not possible.
