* The prices mentioned are minimum prices which may vary. They are valid per night per apartment for single occupancy and include the statutory VAT and the broadcasting fees. For a second person there is a surcharge of EUR 75.00 for stays between 14 and 30 nights and EUR 150.00 per month for stays longer than 30 nights. The tourist tax for private stays is not charged separately.

A deposit of EUR 500.00 is required in advance and will be refunded after departure.

The minimum stay is 14 nights, for Category IV the minimum stay is 1 month.

For stays longer than 1 month, a landlord´s confirmation of residence can be issued on site if required.

About the accommodation

The DIRAZI Guesthouse is in the preferred residential area of the Westend and offers exclusively furnishes apartments and studios in the heart of Frankfurt/Main. The old opera, the main train station and the banking district are only a few minutes´walk away. Despite the central downtown location, this apartment house is situated in a small, quiet side street with old trees. The Guesthouse has a beautiful front garden and a park at the back of the house. All apartments offer a fully equipped kitchenette and spacious bathrooms. Individual apartments have balconies or terraces that face the beautiful garden. The shops for daily needs such as grocery stores, bakery, dry cleaning, shoemaker and fitness studio are located within a radius of 300 metres and the best restaurants in town are in the immediate vicinity.
