* The rates quoted are minimum rates and are valid per night per apartment, including statutory VAT plus City Tax for private stays. During trade fair and event periods higher rates will be charged. Depending on the length of stay the apartment house will require a deposit payment.
For stays of 30 nights or more, a landlord´s confirmation of residence ("WGB") can be provided upon arrival if required. The broadcasting fees have to be paid by the guests themselves, when staying longer than six months.
About the accommodation
The Citadines team has always focused on ensuring strict standards of cleanliness and hygiene for guests, staff and partners. The "Ascott Cares" program has now been endorsed by Buerau Veritas, a leading testing, inspection and certification company.
Comfortable living is becoming more important for both business and leisure travellers with families. The benefits of a Serviced Apartment with more space and privacy, as well as flexible service offerings are obvious – opposed to traditional hotel rooms. Like all Citadines Apart´hotels also the new Citadines City Centre Frankfurt is distinguished by its prime location: The apartment house is situated at the fair and right beside the new Skyline Plaza shopping centre with over 170 shops and restaurants. In a few minutes, guests are also due to excellent public transport links in the centre of Frankfurt and the Main river. At Citadines City Centre Frankfurt guests enjoy 165 modern hotel rooms, studios and 1- and 2-bedroom apartments. In their own fully equipped kitchen guests can look after themselves. The apartments also feature a separate living area with integrated workstation that is equipped with high-speed wireless LAN and a private telephone line – which can be converted as a representative meeting room. For larger meetings there is a conference room available.
Next to the living and working comfort, guests of Citadines do not have to sacrifice the amenities of a hotel and customers can select different services as needed: guests can, for example, decide whether to start the day in the stylish breakfast lounge or prepare breakfast in their own kitchen. The service at Citadines also includes a weekly cleaning service which can be booked on request in shorter intervals, and receptionists who are available for questions and problems around the clock. The video-monitored underground garage makes the search for a secure parking space as easy as possible. A modern fitness area is also available.
