For stays of up to 9 nights, a pre-authorization of the price for the first night will be made on the credit card provided. For stays up to 27 nights, a pre-payment is required for the first 4 nights, for stays from 28 to 90 nights 6 nights, and for stays of 91 nights or more, the pre-payment is 15 nights. Please refer to the general terms and conditions of the house for further details on the cancellation policy and the deposit conditions. For stays up to 7 nights there is no intermediate cleaning. For stays of 8 nights or more, weekly cleaning is included. For stays of 4 weeks or more, a landlord´s confirmation of residence can be issued upon arrival if required.
