For stays of 30 nights or more, a landlord´s confirmation of residence can be provided upon arrival if required. When registering with the local authorities, the broadcasting fees have to be paid by the guest himself. For stays of up to 6 nights, daily apartment cleaning with towel change (if required) is included. For longer stays, the cleaning is included twice a week with change of towels, the bed linen is changed once a week.
About the accommodation
Check in and feel good! Whether for a few weeks or several month the Appartements am Kleeblatt in the heart of Wuppertal offer the ideal conditions to stay for a while. A total of 40 apartments is available in two categories – Comfort Apartments and Junior Suites. All apartments are equipped with a kitchen including all utensils, refrigerator, microwave, stove, coffee maschine and water heater. The apartments come fully equipped with furnisher wardrobe, flat screen TV and Wifi. Weekly housekeeping is also included during your stay. As a special service, this apartment house offers its guests free use of the exclusive gym Joyce. After an exhausting day at work, you can either relax in the sauna or do a work out in one of the numerous courses just an elevator ride from your apartment. Optionally you can book a fresh and balanced breakfast buffet in the bistro. The central location close to the city centre and the main train station enables fast connections to the trade fair in cities such as Dusseldorf, Cologne and Essen.
