For stays up to 1 month the weekly cleaning fee is EUR 40.00, which is obligatory. For stays of 1 month or more, weekly cleaning is free of charge. The first monthly rate is due prior to arrival. Afterwards payment has to be done monthly in advance. If required, a landlord´s confirmation of residence can be issued on arrival for stays of 2 months or more.

The family company Business Apartments Ratingen offers apartments in different sizes, from studios to one bedroom apartments. All apartments are designed to suit the high expectation of the tenants. Located in Ratingen close to the train station Ratingen Ost, connected to highway A3 and A44 with easy access to the airport, Dusseldorf Fair and Dusseldorf city the apartment house provides the best base for your shorter or longer stay in a peaceful area with good connections.
