The 1-bedroom-apartments are within walking distance of the main house. Here, renting is only possible by calendar month (1st to 30th or 31st of a month). A rental contract must be signed, no invoices can be issued and no intermediate cleaning is provided during the stay.

About the accommodation

Welcome to Boardinghouse Ratingen! The quality architectural boardinghouse is located in the quiet and traffic-convenient area Ratingen-Ost. The individual apartments are comfortably furnished and offer guests the highest modern living standard and comfort. In the main building guests can choose between three different studio categories. In the outbuilding opposite there are also spacious 1-bedroom-apartments available. In the main building, all guests can use the new fitness room, Finnish sauna and whirlpool by prior arrangement to relax after an eventful day. A bus stop close by and the nearby urban railway station Ratingen Ost, with direct connections to Essen, Dusseldorf and Cologne and with access to the A3 and A44 motorways, offer perfect transport links. Dusseldorf Airport and Messe Dusseldorf are just a few minutes away.
